Your First Visit
Embark on your orthodontic journey with confidence as you prepare for your first visit to Riverstone Orthodontics. Explore what to expect during your initial appointment and learn how our team will guide you through every step of the process.
What Happens During Your First Free Consultation
You’ll be welcomed by our team, introduced to Dr. Chaffee and shown around the office. If current treatment is indicated, diagnostic records will be scheduled as soon as possible, or may even be taken at that time. Complete diagnostic records typically include a medical/dental history, clinical examination, plaster study models of the teeth, photos of the patient’s face and teeth, and X-rays.
Creating Your Personal Treatment Plan
After reviewing these records, Dr. Chaffee will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan.
Dr. Chaffee will point out specific areas of concern and show you what kind of corrections you can expect by showing photos and videos of similar cases.
Should you have any questions during the visit, Dr. Chaffee will take as much time as you need to answer your questions and decide what kind of treatment is best for you and walk you through the process.
They will explain everything from scheduling to expected discomfort levels, to finances and payment options.
Our goal is to make sure that no question goes unanswered.
